We happy for recommend about basic remote support for BANBANIT customer.

1. Open : Microsoft Edge , Google Chrome Browser or other web browser

2. Type : google.com and Enter

3. Type : Anydesk on google bar and Enter

4. Click Download Windows

5. On anydesk web interface, Click Download Now

Note : you can select OS before click download

6. Click Save button

7. Double Click Anydesk.exe on right top view.

8. Send your address on Anydesk program to our team and please waiting.

9. Click Cancel button first

10. Click Accept, then Congrat + you finish for setup remote.
